Fortarock 2014, Goffertpark Nijmegen (may 31)

The 6th Fortarock and the 2nd year at Goffertpark. After Super Sizing last year edition mainly because of Rammstein, Volbeat and Motörhead, Fortarock succeeded in programming a 2014 line-up with at least 6 bands worthy to headline a big festival. Next to Iron Maiden we have seen Slayer, Dimmu Borgir, Carcass, Sabaton and Behemoth headlining big festivals in Europe the last few years. No wonder that Fortarock stays Super Sized and becoming a name in Europe.

Fortarock will have 3 stages, a main stage, a small open air stage and a big tent stage.

Goffertpark is 3 km's walking from the central station, busservices will be available. For people traveling by car: route information + parking spaces will be clearly marked by signs.

A good alternative is travelling by Eventtrip / Metalbus, leaving from 150 locations in the Netherlands, but also available from a few camping areas in the neighbourhood of Goffertpark. This service will bring you to the Festival before the first band starts and will leave one hour after Iron Maiden finished playing.

Tickets (€75,= + 5€ Service costs) are available at Ticketmaster (Ticket info)

There will be food and non-foodmarkets at Fortarock.
